Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be processed?
We want to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. Please be sure to select the correct model and color when placing your order, as we cannot modify orders. Once an order is entered into our system, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days after placement and will be shipped the following day after processing.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Please understand that order processing times may be longer during holidays and promotional seasons.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email immediately. You can track your package status via the link in the email. Shipping costs depend on package weight and delivery address. Customs and taxes for all international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
As the recipient, it is your responsibility to track your order and submit the necessary documents to customs or the courier company. Otherwise, if the order is marked as returned to the sender or fails to be delivered due to the recipient's inability to track the shipment or submit the necessary documents or notifications to the courier company, we will be unable to process any refunds or exchanges free of charge, and you may need to place a new order.
Delivery
Your local customs may require additional documentation and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered by your local post office or courier company. Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by the local postal service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home, the postal service may leave a pickup notice card informing you how and where to collect your package.
Taxes and Fees
Upon arrival in the destination country, your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and related customs charges. These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.
These fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient; KivorX does not handle these payments on your behalf. For more details on fees, please contact your local customs authority.

It is your responsibility to check local postal regulations to understand which items are prohibited, as we are not responsible for any items not accepted by a particular country.
Foreign Exchange Transaction Fees
If your credit card account is not denominated in USD, the actual exchange rate may differ from the rate displayed on our website. You may also be subject to foreign exchange transaction fees. These fees are determined by your bank based on its pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any fees that your bank or card issuer may charge you. Please contact your bank for more details on foreign currency transaction fees.
Our store prices are displayed in your local currency, but will be settled in USD at checkout. All transactions are settled in USD on the checkout page via PayPal or Stripe.
Cancellation/Changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we are very efficient!). Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Delivery may be affected by certain limiting factors, such as weather, holidays, etc. Timeliness of logistics cannot be guaranteed.
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and policy restrictions in various countries, all courier deliveries are experiencing significant delays, and logistics companies cannot fully guarantee delivery times.
