30-Day Returns
- You must return your product within 30 days of purchase: Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If you purchased the product more than 30 days ago, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
For returns, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return: perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines; intimate apparel or hygiene products; hazardous materials; flammable liquids or gases.
Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item.
Do not send purchased items back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, we may only offer a partial refund (if applicable):
Books showing obvious signs of use;
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened;
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our fault);
Any item returned more than 30 days after receipt.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate equal to the refund amount. We will mail the gift certificate to you upon receiving the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sent the order to themselves to send to you later, we will refund the giver, who will be informed of your return.
